This time, we spotlight Mario Branchi, Process Engineer at FAAM, where he leads the battery and cell formation department. Originally from Rome and with a PhD and postdoc background, Mario transitioned from academia to industry to turn research into real-world impact — and he found in FAAM the ideal place to make that leap. A fully Italian company, and a space where knowledge becomes progress. From optimizing processes to managing a 7-day operational department, Mario brings a problem-solving mindset and a taste for challenge into everything he does — both inside and outside the plant.
