We are looking for Italian traction salesmen for Lombardia, Emilia Romagna, Toscana and Lazio with experience in the traction battery sector and a strong aptitude for change management.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the customer's business using a variety of sources.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of key local customers.
  • Identify and explore business opportunities within the area of competence.
  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key local customers.
  • Managing complaints in order to maintain trust between the customer and the organisation.
  • Tailor-made strategic plans, including sales, marketing and pricing activities, to maximise opportunities and value for both parties.
  • Implement and manage, in cooperation with the commercial director, strategic activities that will lead to an increase in value for the company (measured by contribution).
  • Monitor the performance of strategic plans and evaluate successes, risks and opportunities, which are then used to create opportunistic or corrective activities and report to the commercial director.

Requirements:

  • Technical training and previous commercial experience
  • Good knowledge of English and preferably a second foreign language
  • Good use of IT and e-mail tools
  • Availability for frequent domestic and foreign travel
  • Problem solving skills
  • Aptitude for listening and teamwork

The Annual Gross Salary of the contract will be evaluated according to the candidate's experience.
