Agreement signed for the Supply of Lithium-ion batteries with Power4Future S.p.A., a subsidiary of Fincantieri SI S.p.A. and part of the Fincantieri Group

Seri Industrial S.p.A. announces that on November 15, 2024, its subsidiary FIB S.p.A. (“FIB” or “FAAM”) signed a framework supply agreement (the "Agreement") valued at a total of €100,935,000 with Power4Future S.p.A., a subsidiary of Fincantieri SI S.p.A. and part of the Fincantieri Group.

The Agreement includes the supply of battery modules designed to be installed on next-generation submarines, characterized by extremely high standards of technology, reliability, and safety. These modules will be produced in Italy at FAAM's Teverola facility.
