FAAM is building a Gigafactory in Teverola for the production of cells, modules, and battery packs for Electric Vehicle, Energy Storage, Industrial, and Special applications.
In joining us you will take part in a very strategic project for the European lithium battery value chain.
We are looking for a Clean and Dry Room Expert with experience in clean and dry rooms for industrial or pharmaceutical applications. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison for clean and dry room design specifications and the integration of process machines, bridging technical gaps from design inception through construction, commissioning, and operational phases.
You will work closely with all managers of the areas involved in the project, but also with other stakeholders, internal and external, ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to operational delivery.
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, purpose-drive professional who wants to help us in the deployment of one of the most important projects in Europe.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the functional integration of process equipment into the clean and dry rooms.
- Collect, refine and manage technical and operational requirements on process environment and utilities needs.
- Coordinating with diverse teams, including process, factory automation, materials, operations, maintenance, HSE, construction (CSA, MEP, process utilities), etc.
- Taking an active involvement and participation in regular technical design reviews of the FAAM project with the FAAM core programme management team
- Implementing and coordinating cross-discipline, team, and departmental functional alignment to achieve an integrated factory.
Requirements
- Master of science in mechanical, industrial or electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Extensive project leadership experience in challenging industrial environments.
- Excellent English written and oral skills.
- Experienced in multi-cultural working environment.
- Experience of industrialization projects, clean and dry rooms, machine concepts.
- Pharma, microelectronics or automotive background.
