The Italy of batteries is here. The peninsula's pilot production begins in the Caserta region, where Fib's Teverola 1 plant - a subsidiary of Seri Industrial - produces the first lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles (and not only) in Italy, in the former Whirlpool area.
